Join SCC’s own Laura Berendt Monday and Friday mornings for a 30-minute Barre fitness class that will focus on multiple areas of the body, including your arms, legs, core and glutes. Barre blends fitness styles of ballet, pilates and yoga aiming to build strength and flexibility.
