Core & More

45 minutes (All Levels)

In this class you will start on your feet with light weight/no weight upper body and core sculpting exercises and work your way down to the floor for a Pilates inspired mat workout focusing on abs, hips, glutes & back. The final segment of the class will be a nice, long restorative stretch bringing you to a state of relaxation and calm.
