HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
40 minutes (Intermediate to Advanced)
Get ready for a full body workout! HIIT is a format that consists of short bursts of high intensity work followed by brief recovery periods. This workout will improve cardiovascular endurance, increase athleticism and build strength by combining fast paced cardio (ie., sprints, burpees) with a variety of body weight exercises (ie., squats, planks) Get ready to work hard and have fun.
