Class Descriptions

LITE: Low Intensity Interval Training

45 minutes (All Levels)

While this class is longer than its high intensity counterpart, LITE is lower intensity, lower impact and has longer recovery periods. You will still get every muscle working and your heart rate up! This is an ideal class for those coming back from a workout hiatus, or for anyone who prefers less intense exercise but still wants a great workout.
