Salt Creek’s 25 yard, six lane pool adjoins a 10 Foot diving well, in addition to two parent supervised training pools for children under the age of 8. Throughout our season the club offers a first-rate swim experience for children and young adults which includes both swim, dive and water polo lessons – private and group, as well as inter-club competition. Chuck started coaching at Salt Creek in 2004, after learning to swim in the pool here as a child, and spending many summer days running across the club grounds. This is his 7th year as Head Coach and 6th year as the Director of Swim for the SCC Gators. He was a four-year varsity swimmer at Hinsdale Central graduating in 2007. He uses his experience and lifelong love of the water to help swimmers learn new, and improve existing swimming abilities. In the off season, Chuck enjoys coaching for Hinsdale Swim Club beside Bay Batemen, where he teaches kids to take their swimming to a more competitive level.
