NEW Summer 2021!
In the Dryland Conditioning program, Gators will learn the fundamentals of basic core strengthening and body weight exercises, while focusing on proper technique and range of motion.
As the season progresses, SCC Coaches will add other fitness elements including cardio and circuits. Both general basic exercises as well as swimming and water polo specific exercises will be taught by SCC Coaches. Led by experienced USA Swimming & USA Water Polo certified coaches.
Ages 9 and up
Capacity is limited to to 20 kids per week.
